Indoor vacuum circuit breaker FS-Z1-12-630A~4000A

FSZ1-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is used for indoor switchgear in 12kV power systems, as a protection and control unit for power grid equipment and industrial and mining enterprise power design. Due to the special advantages of vacuum circuit breakers, they are particularly suitable for frequent operations that require rated operating current or for locations where short-circuit currents are broken multiple times.
The circuit breaker adopts a spring operating mechanism and an integrated design with the circuit breaker body, which can be used as a fixed installation unit or paired with a dedicated propulsion mechanism to form a handcart unit. The fixed circuit breaker can be equipped with corresponding mechanical interlocking to meet the needs of fixed cabinets such as KYN28, XGN2, GG1A, GGX, etc.

FSZ1-12 adopts a high-performance integrated chain spring operating mechanism, which is highly reliable, easy to maintain, and has a mechanical life of up to 20000 times.
◆ High quality circuit design
The thickness of the silver plating layer on the primary electrical circuit is ≥ 8 μ m. The selection of electrical components with the best quality both domestically and internationally for the secondary circuit has improved the overall reliability and stability of the circuit.
◆ High insulation strength
Selecting high-quality insulation materials while increasing design margin significantly improves the insulation performance of circuit breakers. When used in environments with an altitude of 1000 meters or below, there is no need to replace any zeros

The average water vapor pressure measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 2.2kPa; The average monthly water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa. Under such conditions, condensation may occasionally occur.
The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
The surrounding air is not significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors, or salt mist.
Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored.
The seismic intensity shall not exceed level 8.
Special usage conditions: When used under normal environmental conditions beyond those specified in GB/T11022 and this installation and use manual, the user and the company shall negotiate.
