The switch adopts a fully enclosed structure to ensure stable operation reliability and performance improvement; Featuring a unique rolling insertion contact system. Each phase has two sets of double break point contact systems, either in series or parallel, to meet the requirements of circuits with different current sizes and different operating categories. The contact system allows current to pass through several rollers separately, resulting in a significant reduction in the electric reaction force on each roller. During the movement, the contact between the roller and the static contact has both rolling and sliding friction, which can effectively avoid welding. The operating mechanism has energy storage springs, so the movement speed of the moving contact group is independent of the magnitude of the operating force and the operating speed. The actuator consists of a handle mounted on the panel, a driving coupling that meshes with the handle, an extension shaft, a shaft edge coupling, and a driving shaft. The extension shaft and shaft edge joint are only used when the drive shaft is not long enough. The depth of installation of switches in a complete set of cabinets can be considered according to the needs of the combination installation of various electrical components, with a considerable range of activities.

Uses

QAS, QPS, and QSS dual throw switches are mainly suitable for low-voltage distribution equipment with rated voltage of 690V and below, and rated current of 125A to 3150A, as infrequent switching of dual power sources
The purpose is to connect and disconnect the circuit.

The QAS, QPS, and QSS dual throw switches are assembled from two switches with the same specifications and models (as shown in the figure), and their technical data are the same as the QA, QP, and QSA single throw switches, which comply with IEC947-3
GB14048.3. When one switch is turned on (off), the other switch can be in the off (on) position, or it can also be in the off (on) position at the same time (see appearance and installation dimensions).

Ordering Instructions

The HH15 series isolation switch must be used in conjunction with a fuse, which can be provided by the user. However, please choose a better fuse to prevent high temperature rise.
The switch prices provided by our company do not include fuses. If the user requests a fuse during the order, our company can provide a matching fuse, but it is generally not installed on the switch body.
