◆ Switch structure description
Electrical key lock: Control the power supply of the internal control circuit of the control switch. When the electrical lock is opened, the switch realizes automatic and remote control operation. When the electrical lock is closed, the switch can only be operated manually.
◇ Operating handle: When using the operating handle to operate the switch, the electrical lock must be closed,
◇ Mechanical padlock: During maintenance, first use the operating handle to put the switch in the 0 position, pull up the padlock mechanism and lock it before maintenance can be carried out; (Pulling up the mechanical padlock will cut off the internal control power supply of the switch. The switch cannot be electrically operated and cannot be manually operated.)
◇ Position indication: indicates the working position of the switch (I, 0, II)
◇ Control voltage: The switch control voltage levels are 220VAC, 24VDC, 48VDC, 110VDC, and 220VDC.
◇ Switch body: The front part is circuit I, connected to the "common power supply"; The latter part is circuit II, connected to the "backup power supply"
Usage
Note: Users can choose one of the following 6 wiring methods. Economical users only need to introduce the copper busbar power supply without connecting a secondary wire. 302-305 is a switch status indicator, and users can connect it themselves if needed.
◆ Economical wiring method (only below 100A)
The 100A economical type is an automatic transfer switch, and users only need to connect the main and backup power supplies to the wiring block to work. When both power sources are normal, the switch is connected to the main power source as the load power source. If the commonly used power supply runs out of power, it will switch to the backup power supply (the backup power supply should be normal), and when the commonly used power supply is normal, it will automatically switch to the main power supply.
◇ Economical models with 100A and below, the control power supply is directly introduced from the main power supply by the manufacturer. If the user needs to indicate the closing of the main and backup power supplies
