Mechanical emergency starting device 500A~800A

With the rapid development of cities, various buildings are increasing day by day, and various flammable materials are widely used. In addition, people's awareness of fire prevention is not strong, which greatly increases the possibility of fire accidents. Although each building is currently equipped with a fire extinguishing system, it is also prone to electrical circuit failures, making it difficult to extinguish fires and endangering the safety of people's lives and property.
To solve these firefighting problems, our company has developed an emergency start (forced start) device for firefighting machinery based on the above problems. This switch can be operated manually when the distribution cabinet cannot automatically start the firefighting pump in the event of a fire, allowing the firefighting pump to operate effectively and avoiding significant property damage to the people.

Working conditions

The ambient air temperature is between -5 ℃ to+40 ℃, and the average 24-hour value does not exceed+35 ℃;
◆ Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
◆ Relative humidity: does not exceed 50% at+40 ℃, the average lowest temperature in the wettest month does not exceed+25 ℃, and the average maximum relative humidity in that month does not exceed 90%,
And consider the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
Pollution level: Level 3;
Do not install in environments containing explosive gases, otherwise there is a risk of explosion;
Do not install in particularly damp areas;
◆ Do not install in areas with an external magnetic field greater than 5 times the geomagnetic field, otherwise the circuit breaker cannot function properly;
Do not install in areas with vibrations greater than 5g;
Do not install in areas where gas media can corrode metals and damage insulation.
