Structural characteristics

The contactor is protective, the operating mechanism is direct acting, and the contacts are double break points.
The contactor consists of a CJX2 series AC contactor, a conversion contact group, six current limiting resistor wires, and other components. The conversion contact group is hung above the CJX2 series AC contactor,
The main contact system is arranged in two layers: upper and lower. After the upper main contact is connected, it automatically disconnects and resets, while the lower main contact continues to close in place.
Auxiliary contact groups can be installed on both sides of the contactor to increase the number of auxiliary contact pairs.

Working principle

After the control circuit is powered on, the contactor closes, and the upper main contact connected in series with the current limiting resistor line is connected before the lower main contact, thereby achieving the effect of suppressing surge current.
